From NewsRadio 1000 KTOK ~ State Senator Randy Brogdon of Owasso has changed his mind and now has come out against State Question 754, the question meant to counter any possible approval of State Question 744, the mandated increase in state education funding.

“It’s not going to just undo 744, but it’s going to have the potential to undo 26 other funding formulas,” explained Brogdon in an interview on KTOK’s Gwin Faulconer-Lippert Show this week.

“It was a reaction to 744 and the state legislature scrambled—we thought we were doing a good job.”

Now the former candidate for the GOP gubernatorial nomination says after deeper study, he’s concluded 26 other funding formulas in place for other state agencies could be jeopardized if question 754 reverses 744, should it also be approved.
